Usually, the production process begins in our design office with a mold design made on the basis of the item drawings received from the customer. Then the mold is made by our or a friend’s tool shop.
However, production is possible in the mold provided by the customer, i.e. the production process can start in the production hall.
In each case, however, there is a trial production followed by measurements and confirmation of product compliance with customer requirements.
After the product and process are approved, the customer provides the delivery schedule, which is confirmed, and then product is manufactured and waits for delivery. One of the parties provides transport and, if necessary, customs clearance.
